I just wouldn't be able to live with myself if I had left her at animal control. She was left in their drop pen outside their facility. She is one of the saddest cases I have ever seen at any shelter.
She tries to walk, and falls over from exhaustion. Her skin is bright pink underneath, and all her hair has fallen out. She is having trouble breathing but keeps wagging her tail.
Please forward this to anyone that wants to help a really bad case.
