DDB does not have a rep in KY. We are in need of someone to speak to the owner's and try to get them to either unchain their dog or surrender him to DDB.
If he is surrendered, he will need a foster.

FROM A CONCERNED CITIZEN TRYING TO HELP:
They beat the dog & think its all in game & its acceptable. He is chained all the time on a 15' cable to the front porch. He's un-neutered & 1 yr old. The husband was going to give him to me because the neighbors call the cops because of his barking. When I called back the wife wanted me to buy him. Now they won't talk to me at all.
