AGAIN, the international community is shocked by horrible news about animals coming from Romania.


We took note about the minor incident between two dogs, in Ploiesti , which by the abusive and aggressive intervention of a policeman was transform into a major scandal, not only local but now international.

We know that a dog has been seized illegally by the dog catcher services, which at this precise moment in time, illegally and abusively refuse to release the dog to her rightful owner, and also intend to KILL THIS DOG, after 15 days.

We kindly ask Mr.Mircea Cosma to keep his promise made to Mr. M.Marinescu, Mr.M.Serbanoiu, Mrs. Elena Badicu...and the entire world now, who found out about this very disturbing situation.
We ask the Romanian authorities in Ploiesti to treat the animals according to the laws for the protection of animals in force in Romania and also according to the European Convention for animal welfare.


We also ask the Romanian authorities to immediately open a thorough investigation into the actions taken by the police officer involved in that incident and also to punish all those who abused their power and trespassed Romanian laws in force.


Please release that dog immediately to her rightful owner.
