All our dogs at our shelter were taken in as very small pups, many were abandoned, some found with injuries, all have been lovingly cared for and have grown into beautiful adult dogs. Raleigh County Humane Society has an URGENT situation with this little guy. He's very old, has no bottom jaw, one eye gone, but is happy as can be. They have no idea how much longer of a life that he may have, but would love to give him the opportunity to live out the rest of his life in a loving home. He appears to be in no pain. He wags his tail and loves people! He weighs about five pounds. He's fed with a syringe, and he eats good. Can someone help him?
This girl is located at the Mahoning County Dog Pound in Youngstown Ohio. This pound has 55 dogs in it right now. This girl is XX urgent.
This girl has what we think to be an abscess on her face. It could be an abscessed tooth that has eaten through to her face, but we are not 100% sure. She is in severe pain and will not allow us to look at her teeth. We do think she is not under 8 yrs old.
She is shy, sweet, and older.
This girl cannot eat the food that is at pound. She needs immediate vet care.
